VN GURU Cloud Solutions is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit vnguru.com, use the client platform at app.vnguru.com, or submit the contact form, and how that information is used.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to respond to your inquiry and deliver our services:

  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and message content.
  • Client portal account data: name, email address, and hashed password when you create an account at app.vnguru.com.
  • Subscription data: your current plan, billing cycle, and subscription status as managed through the client portal.
  • Payment data: payment transactions are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). VN GURU Cloud Solutions does not collect or store your card or banking details — see the Payment Processing section below.
  • hCaptcha data: when you complete the contact form captcha, hCaptcha may collect browser and interaction data as described in their own Privacy Policy.
  • Server logs: standard web server access logs (IP address, browser type, page visited, timestamp) for security and diagnostic purposes only.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking or advertising scripts.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through the contact form is used solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry via email.
  • Discuss and deliver the services you requested.

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or automated decision-making.

3. Data Storage

Contact form submissions are delivered directly to our inbox via Zoho Mail and are not stored in any database. Server access logs are stored on the VPS and retained for a maximum of 30 days before being rotated.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • Zoho Mail: used as our SMTP provider to deliver contact form emails.
  • hCaptcha: processes captcha interaction data on the contact form under their own Privacy Policy.
  • Paddle: acts as the Merchant of Record for all subscription payments. Paddle processes all billing transactions and collects billing and card data directly from you under their own Privacy Policy. Paddle is PCI DSS compliant.
  • Legal obligations: if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of others.

4a. Payment Processing

All payment processing for VN GURU Cloud Solutions subscriptions is handled by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means:

  • Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing information directly.
  • VN GURU Cloud Solutions never sees, receives, or stores your credit or debit card details.
  • Paddle handles tax compliance and invoicing globally on our behalf.

5. Cookies

VN GURU Cloud Solutions does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie-like storage that may be set is by hCaptcha for bot detection purposes on the contact form.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent for communications at any time by emailing us.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.
